Supporting the Worlds Biggest Coffee Morning
The Firmin team have been busy baking for charity, with Firmin Recruit’hosting a coffee morning at our offices in Kemsley to help raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support.
Driver Development Manager, Ken Williams has been awarded”Star Baker’ with his impressive’home-made”Firmin’ cheese buns.

Firmins Support Careers Event For Local Children
We were pleased to support a careers event at Tunbury Primary School in Walderslade on Thursday 17th July.
Year 5 and 6 children had the opportunity to explore working in Logistics and the variety of careers the industry has to offer.’ They used their research and questioning skills to find out about the roles and responsibilities that Firmins provides and the training and qualifications required.” They were particularly interested to understand the key role that road haulage plays in day to day life and the importance of the industry.
As a company we are enthusiastic about working with school children to raise awareness of the industry and the opportunities that exist.
